"I had to cancel my order at..."
I had to cancel my order at the last minute, i was expecting it to turn into a whole back-and-forth. But I emailed them, and they got back to me quickly without making it feel complicated or giving me vague excuses.
The refund showed up on my card within a few days, just like they said it would. To me, that says a lot about how they handle customer service. It felt simple, fair, and respectful, so I’d be comfortable using liquorbardelivery.com again.

I was kind of in a rush, so the payment part was a bit frustrating. The order did go through eventually, but the payment page took longer than I expected and I wasn’t sure if I’d been charged or if it had frozen. I got the confirmation later, so it all worked out, but the checkout could definitely be clearer. I’d probably use it again if that part was smoother.

The bottle showed up in great shape, and this was packed really tight. Nothing was leaking, nothing cracked, and the box wasn’t all beat up or anything like that. I was a little worried at first, but the packaging was solid. I’d order again just because of that kind of care.

"Pretty fair selection overall"
I was able to find most of the bottles I was looking for, which was nice. They didn’t have every single one, but to be fair, the selection was still good overall.

I was kind of expecting the age check to be a whole thing, but it was actually easy. I uploaded my ID, waited a bit thinking, “Alright, let’s see how long this takes,” and then it got approved quickly. No weird back and forth, no extra headache. I’m glad they actually check properly before delivery, but the whole process still felt smooth and simple
"Late delivery with no real answers"
I ordered from liquorbardelivery.com thinking it would show up the same night, but it just never came. I ended up sitting around for hours checking the tracking, and it barely gave me any useful info at all.
When I tried reaching out, it felt like I was being passed around and nobody really had a clear answer. I finally got a late response, but it didn’t actually help. Maybe other people have better luck, but my experience was frustrating and I wouldn’t use them again

My order showed up with exactly what I asked for, so no complaints there. One of the bottle labels was a little scuffed, but to be fair, the bottle itself was fine and nothing was missing or damaged. Overall, it was a straightforward, no-fuss experience...

"Checkout could’ve been easier, but sure"
I tried placing an order and the checkout process was more of a hassle than it needed to be. It was slow, a little confusing, and for some reason I had to re-enter my information twice, which was super fun. It did eventually go through, so I guess that’s something, but I wouldn’t exactly call it a smooth experience.

I liked it overall and it does what it’s supposed to, but the price feels a bit higher than it should be. I don’t mind paying for quality, but it should feel fair for what you’re getting.

I did get my order in the end, so that part was fine. The delivery updates just weren’t never all that clear, and a couple of them came kinda late. I ended up checking the tracking myself a few times because I wasn’t really sure what was going on. It wasn’t nothing awful, but it wasn’t great either.

"Discounts can be a little hit or miss"
I’ve used liquorbardelivery.com a few times now. The delivery part has been fine, no real complaints there. But the promo codes are kind of unpredictable. One discount worked, then another one didn’t show up at checkout, which was a bit annoying. Not a huge deal, just one of those things that makes the experience feel a little inconsistent...

The order showed up around the time they said it would, so that part was totally fine. No issues with the timing or the food getting here.
But the driver was really not great. He called me sounding annoyed, and when I came downstairs, he barely said a word. He just kind of shoved the bag at me and acted like I was bothering him.
I get that delivery drivers are busy and probably deal with a lot, but really, a little basic politeness goes a long way. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it definitely makes me think twice about ordering from them again

The site was easy to figure out, and I didn’t have any trouble finding what I needed (always a plus). Checkout was fine too—not the fastest ever, but it got the job done without any issues

I tried ordering a few bottles, but this is where it got annoying — about half the stuff I actually wanted was showing as unavailable. The delivery itself was fine and arrived without any issues, but the selection was disappointing, honestly

"Tracking didn’t really help"
I’m not sure what was going on, but the tracking for my order basically never updated, so I had no idea where the package was. I reached out to support, but their replies were vague and didn’t really clear anything up. Maybe it was just a one-off, but it was really frustrating and I don’t think I’d use them again.

"Fees popped up at the end"
Ordering was easy overall, but the pricing felt a little all over the place. The bottle price looked fine at first, then once I got closer to checkout, extra fees showed up and I was kinda like, wait, what am I paying for here?
I did get my delivery, so it wasn’t some big disaster or anything. I just wish they showed the full total upfront before I spent time adding stuff to my cart
